Scoping the Project

We collaboratively review your target part, design constraints, applied loads, and production method to identify realistic weight, cost, and manufacturability improvements. You receive a clear evaluation report with specific recommendations for a pilot project.

Pilot Project Proposal

Defining the Plan

Upon agreement, we deliver a detailed design optimization proposal specifically adapted to your part, outlining scope, timeline, and cost.

Optimized Part CAD Models

Doing the Work

​We start by replicating your results to baseline the capability of the original design, or generate baseline results for our conventional design if that's required. Then, we develop an AI-driven design and optimize it to produce a superior, manufacturable part. The resulting CAD model is delivered for your review, with additional iterations as needed to achieve full integration and validation.

Larger Scope Projects

Planning the Project

We can scope structural multi-part or system-level projects, such as new large components and joints, structural modifications, or full structural optimization. Following the Design Evaluation and Feasibility Review, a joint proposal will outline resource planning, phased milestones, and cost estimates, with further iterations as needed to finalize the project plan.

Scaling the Benefits

For large projects, execution includes joint design activities with your team, following a partnership model to conceptualize the structure. Once the structural parts are designed using conventional methods, we apply our AI-driven optimization process to individual parts and the entire structure, and deliver CAD models ready for integration and validation.
